  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no damage or signs of use.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or order number.

Note: Due to the nature of disposable vapes, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers.

  • Used, opened, or partially used disposable vapes.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or neglect.

  • Promotional or free items included with your purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with return authorization and instructions. Do not ship any products back without prior approval.

  3. Ship the Product: Package the eligible product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will include the cost of the product, excluding any original shipping fees.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If the return is rejected (e.g., due to the product being used or damaged), we will notify you and return the product to you at your expense.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for disposable vapes. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
